At Aureum Qatar, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact.

Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of wear, damage caused after delivery, stains, perfume scent, or alterations. For hygiene reasons, certain items such as innerwear, bodysuits, or accessories (if applicable) may not be eligible for return. Any non-returnable items will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp to request a return authorization. Provide your  order number and package opening video. Once authorised, securely package your item and ship it back to us at the address provided in the return authorization communication.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

Refund Process

Refunds are not available Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify via email to you of the approval or rejection of your replacement. If approved, your replacement will be processed to your original product or else store credit value will be provided for alternate purchase of product within 5 business days

Damaged, Defective or Receipt of Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or received any wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Make sure to take an unedited video of the package opening for return and replacements. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will issue replacement at no additional cost.
