Delivery Time

Deliveries to certain remote areas may take slightly longer. Aureum Qatar may offer free shipping on orders above a specified amount, while a standard delivery fee may apply to orders below that value. If your package arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos of the package and product so we can assist you.

Cash on Delivery

If Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, customers are requested to ensure the exact payment amount is ready at the time of delivery. Our team may contact you to confirm the order before dispatch to ensure a smooth delivery process.
